- Room 1 - Single Occupancy: R6,000 per month.
- Room 2 - Shared Accommodation: R5000 Per bed per month, 
- Room 3 - Shared accommodation: R5500 Per bed per month, with ensuite bathroom.

Please note that Rooms 2 and 3 can each accommodate two tenants

Requirements: 

• Full Time Young Professionals or Parents that is financialy viable to sponsor their children's accommodation
• Regretabbly no NSFAS funded students that relies on their NSFAS to pay for their accommodation
• Single or Joint income of at least R 22 000 
• SA ID Document
• Proof of Address
• Proof of Income (3 Months or 6 Months if you are an Overtime or Commission Earner)
• Bank Statement where salary gets deposited in (3 Months or 6 Months if you are an Overtime or Commission Earner)

Please note that Municipal (COCT) account will be billed to the tenant and payable in tandem/conjuction with the monthly rental. Please note that charges will vary depending on your actual monthly usage.
